Your Agreement

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Electronic Services ("the System"), an online platform provided by the Government Organization to facilitate access to public services. By accessing or using the System, you ("User") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the System, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the System.

User Eligibility

The System is intended for use by individuals seeking access to public services. Users must specify age requirements if any, such as "18 years or older" and have the legal capacity to apply for these services. Users may need to verify their identity as part of the application process.

Access and Use of the System

  • Account Registration:

    Certain services may require account creation. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.

  • Accurate Information

    Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information in all online application forms.

  • Attachment of Required Files

    Users are responsible for uploading any required documents, as specified in the application guidelines for each service. Files must be in the specified format and size.

  • System Availability

    The System may be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues. The Agency does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the System.

Security

We implement measures to safeguard the data you submit to the System. However, Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials. Unauthorized use of your account should be reported immediately. The Agency is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from User negligence.

User Responsibilities and Conduct

  • Prohibited Actions:

    • Provide false or misleading information.

    • Use the System for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

    • Attempt to access restricted areas of the System or other users’ accounts.

  • Compliance:

    Users must comply with all relevant laws and regulations when using the System.

Intellectual Property

The System and all content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of the Agency and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying or distribution of any content is prohibited.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty:

    The System is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. The Agency disclaims any warranty regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of the System.

  • Limitation of Liability:

    To the extent permitted by law, the Agency shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the System.

Termination

The Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the System if you violate these Terms. Any fraudulent or illegal activities may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

Amendments

The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the System or by other appropriate means. Continued use of the System following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising from the use of the System shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Ethiopia.
