You can access eServices by using any browser and by inserting this URL on the address bar “www.eservices.gov.et” You may need to log in or create an account to any service.
Visit the [www.eservices.gov.et].Click on the "Register" button, Enter your personal information (such as name, email, etc.), Verify your email or phone number through the OTP sent to you, Complete your profile and log in.
Log in: Access your account using your credentials. Discover the service: Find the specific Service you need to apply. Service discovery may be under a topic, service or providers after you locate your service complete the Application Fill out all required fields. Ensure you provide all necessary documents or information as requested. After finishing filing your necessary document click the "Submit" button. You might receive a confirmation message.
Click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. Verify your email or phone number through the OTP sent to your registered email or phone number to reset your password.
There is a draft application on eService platform refers to an application that you have started but have not yet submitted. It allows you to save your progress and make changes before final submission
There is a status update on track application and View real-time updates on where your application status. (e.g., submitted, under review, approved, etc).
Experts will review the application you submitted to identify areas that need adjustments. Once adjustments are made, experts will typically notify you through the platform, provide comments on what changes should made And you can modify your application based on the comments provided on the follow up tasks
First the expert should initiate the conversation and ask you what they need to know and you can write your response clearly, you can chat on correspondence
Notifications on an eService platform are messages that keep you informed about important messages related to your applications. Notify you if additional documents or information are needed.
